I.H.S. Direct Support Professional

In-Home Support- Direct Support Professionals provide one on one services to members. These services include attendance care, habilitation, home keeping, and respite services. This position is flexible in hours and can include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Please call the office for more information.

DTA Direct Support Professional

DTA Direct Support Professionals assist the DTA manager in completing the daily functions of the Day Treatment of Adults program. DTA DSPs may work one on one or up to a one-to-five ratio depending on each individual member’s needs. For more information, please call the office.

  • Hours: 40 hours/ week, M-F, 8-5 PM
  • Rate: Depending on the service $15.60-$16.60
Program Coordinator HCBS (Yuma)

This position provides program support coordination of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
This position is the primary supervisor all direct care workers that provide Attendant Care, Respite,
Homemaker and Habilitation services. The coordination of HCBS includes recruitment, selection,
onboarding, and supervising direct care workers, including managing timesheets. Coordination of HCBS
also includes enrolling, performing wellness checks, attending Person Centered Service Plan meetings,
and collaborating with members, families, and Division of Developmental Disabilities stakeholders. This
position directly reports to the Program Director and Regional Director of Casa De Rosa LLC.
