Casa de Rosa has been providing HCBS services since December of 2015. In the summer of 2023 Casa de Rosa will expand to include a Day Treatment for Adults (DTA). Please click on the links for more information for each program.
Our services are for eligible community members that have been approved for services through the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and their Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). State residents who meet certain eligibility requirements, such as if they have or are at risk for a variety of functional limitations or developmental disabilities, are eligible for Casa de Rosa Services. While we do not work on diagnosing individuals we provide services to eligible members that have one or a combination of the four developmental disabilities according to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. These include:
Autism / Autism Spectrum Disorder
Cerebral Palsy
Down Syndrome
Epilepsy
Intellectual Disability
